Chargesheet filed in court can I go for quashing

Fir was filed on me under sec 323,504,506,354,341 the issue was due to property as we live outside relatives have captured my property and hesitant to leave and filed false case now police has filed chargesheet under 504. As the land was on my father name we filed civil suit and it is running. Can I go for quash in patna high court need ur help and suggestions

FIR HAS BEEN ALREADY FILED BY THAT PERSON TO THREAT YOU TO COOL DOWN AND DO NOT TAKE ANY ACTION IN FUTURE. WHILE IN ANY CIVIL SUIT NOWADAYS IT IS SEEM THAT PARTY FILED FIR SO IT IS COMMON. DO NOT PANIC. NOW YOU HAVE ALREADY FILED A CIVIL SUIT SO THERE IS HIGER CHANCE THAT FIR MAY BE QUASHED BY HIGH COURT.
