giraftaari karne ke liye kuch reasons/ grounds/ karan hotey hai - jaise ki agar aroopi ko giraftaar nahi kiya gaya, to wo witness ya victim ko darayega ya nuksaan karega, evidence tamper karr sakne ki sambhaavna etc. aisa koi kaaran aapke case mein ho to aap ek bail cancellation ki arzi laga saktey hai.
