Charge sheet without non bailable warrent what should I do

Matter under consideration ,court ordered nbw against accused s before 03 months ,now order sheet changed, nbw not reflected in orded sheet. what should I do?

kindly inspect the court files and check all the orders before you come to a conclusion. if you have not moved an application for cancellation of NBW then you should do that despite the orders not reflecting it, It can lead you to a serious problem in case the NBW is not cancelled.

You can challenge the non bailable warrant before the highest court of your state through application under section 482 CrPC. If non bailable warrant has been issued against you it means that you can be arrested at any time by concerned police, Therefore, you should challenge the order of non bailable warrant in the High Court for quashing the criminal proceeding against you.
