Changing lawyer procedure for quash petition which I filed in 2022

How can I change my lawyer as they never Attended my case after payment and it has been 3 years and not responding to my messages or calls when I requested for noc

Generally advocates will give Noc if they are not responding then you have two options you can complaint against the advocate in barcouncil and file for damages,and the other mode is simply send him a speed post requesting him to respond in case if he won't then with that give an affidavit along with the acknowledgement of speedpost you can give vakalath to other advocate.
