Chances of going to abroad in case got bail under section 406, 498A

Son living abroad, parents granted bail by High court in 406 498 A to parents. Challen not submitted by Police ever after 30 months,. We are Sikh. Can we visit abroad and advise if permission from the court required, and if so, from which level court.

There must be condition in the bail order whether you are required to get permission from the court or not. If there is condition certainly you are required to get permission before going abroad otherwise it will be breach of condition of the bail

You got bail if you want to go abroad you have to get first permission from court for going abroad .then you can go othrwise there may be condition in bail that you can not leave india.

you can visit abroad after taking permission from the Ld. Trail Court. if the police has not filed the challan up-to 30 months. it will goes in your favour. you have move application by mentioning the reason, why you have wants to go abroad. then the Ld. Trail Court permits for going abroad after furnishing the surety bonds.
