Chances of False 307 Case against my father

I overheard the conversation of my relative they were talking about the false 307 case against my father.Can we do anything about this in prior? nWhat if they did this case will the police arrest my father immediately? nIs there anything we can do in such a situation?
Hello I got your point...., see 307 is a non bailable offence...,if your relative lodged the FIR...we can go for the FIR quashing in highcourt on the basis false allegations... highcourt can direct not to arrest order...but I have few questions

hello sir according to your query you can file writ petition according to the article 226 227 constitution of India and you can file a 482 petition according to criminal processor code 1973 for quesing a FIR....
