My cousin is arrested on the ground of cheatibg and fraud under sec-420, ipc section-406 (criminal breach of trust) and 34(acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) fir amount of 1 crore.He is currently in mumbai jail for last three months.

Dear Sir,
There are little chances of getting bail unless you hire services of designated Senior Advocate of High Court and normally in such cases the High Court grant the bail. Since the Accused is already in jail for three months if he files regular bail in High Court he may get bail depending upon the involvement of the Accused in the alleged crime.
