drink and drive is an offence under section 185 motor vehicle act, initially it may extend to 6 month punishment. but courts do not punish. second offence entails 2 year punishment to max..leniency.....u can either go to traffic ps or pay penalty online..for further details u can contact me

Since it’s already been three months, it’s possible that infringement report has come in court and since national lok is on 8th March ,there is a high chance that fine will be reduced. For further clarification, feel free to reach me.

Hi! The challan can either be cleared by paying online or by filing an application before the concerned court and paying amount in court. You may pay lesser amount if you approach court. If you pay online, entire amount will have to be paid.
