Ji, mere known mei koi exam k question papers sell karta hua pakda gya hai, question papers nakli the. Asli nahi the. Kewal students ko bewakoof bana raha tha, woh 4 alag alag exams k papers sell kar raha tha (engenering, Mba, Bcom, Ba), to main ye jaanna chahta hu, usko saja ek baar hogi ya 4 baar? Kitni saja ho sakti hai? Dhanyavaad.
First of all if there is a FIR registered and that person is behind bars then you should apply for his/her bail. The FIR will be clubbed together to be a single FIR in which chargesheet will be filed by the police. So he/she can’t be tried for the same offence four times. har jurm ki aalag saza ho sakti hai ... yeh d depend karta hai Kitne case or kite penal section file hotain hai uske against ... Agar alag alag log complaint file Kartwin hain to use hisaab se Zada case file ho Janeway uske against....but uusko apne aap ko defend karna chaiye .... or case jitne ya resolve karnai ka attempt karna chaiye by following legal procedure
