Caught in raid party, police took 1500 from me and calling again

2 year back i was at ladies bar there was police raid after thet they took my mobile no. and address and left me. After 6 month police called me took Rs 1500 from me and told to me that they will call me again. police can take any action against me? . if he call me again what should i do?
nothing to worry. even if they call you you can go along with your advocate as it is your right. now no action can be taken against you as it is time barred fact. these are the tactis to extract money so dont be afraid you can definatly go and visit the police in fact you can also take take your advocate to assist you.

If no FIR is registered against you than police cannot take any action against you. You need to first check on that part and proceed accordingly. Incase no FIR is registered you dont have to worry or pay anything to police.
