Hello. I was caught drunk in Gujarat 3 years ago. I paid 500rs fine in the court and then I was free. Now I want to apply for police clearance certificate. And it is asked in passport website that "Have you ever been charged for criminal proceedings or any case pending?" Should I answer yes or no? And will Police clearance certificate be issued without showing any criminal record?
have you been ever been charged for criminal proceedings or any case pending? if any case is not pending against you for any criminal charges then your answer should be NO, if you are not ever gone to jail as a outcome of court order then your answer should be NO
