Caught Drunk driving my Scooter, Seized my Scooter

1.They Gave me Back my Scooter from Police Station and Said Will get a call when my file is ready in court and I will have to pay Fine . What's the Fine ? And How much is true ? Can't it be settled outside court . 2.They didn't gave back mine physical licence copy said traffic police has it ? How will I get it back ? 3.does the licence gets suspended? For how many months who decides judge or traffic police

Well, it was illegal on the part of the Traffic Police to seize your Physical License. On what grounds, under which laws, you have seized, you should have asked them! I can assist you in recovering it + to get this case closed.

Drunk driving is punishable with: Fine up to 10,000 Possible imprisonment up to 6 months (usually not applied for first-time offenders) License suspension Vehicle seizure until case completion/pay fine Since it's a scooter, the process is similar to a car. You must appear in Court to pay the fine and recover your Licence, as the file is submitted. Fines and suspensions are decided by the Judge/RTI, not the police. Legally, they should have returned back your Licence.
