Caught drinking in public place in Delhi what to do

I am 26 years old a resident of Delhi I was caught drinking at a public place in Delhi on being caught I told a fictitious name and address to the police because I was afraid and I disclosed my correct details on being pressurized. I was let gone on a surety and was told by the police that I will be informed when to appear in front of the MM.I was called by the concerned HC and told that I may be sent to JC. What is my legal remedy as I am not aware as to what charges are being framed against me.
First Don't panic. Go to the court when ever you are called. In front of the MM accept everything honestly and openly and don't hide anything. Please make sure that you convince the magistrate that you have done this for the first time since you were under some tension and stress and promise to magistrate that it will never happen again and you are not a habitual offender. It all depends upon the IO under water sec chargesheat has been filed...it all depends upon the argument on charge whether charges are framed against you or not....and if nt then you can be discharged...
