Case where the girl has filed an FIR for Rape - False case

what happens if the girl has filed a rape case after 8 months saying that rape happened on 12th of January 2022 and the guy has proofs / photos showcasing selfies the whole day and next 2 days also ??nnCan a girl move around taking selfies even after rape ? and complaint after 8 months nThe guy was in consensual relationship and no rape happened.

Hii, According to the investigation agency case have been filed, if case filed first you have to go with obtaining Anticipatory Bail first from the High Court , there after you have to quash that case on the merit that it was consensual sex and submitting the proof for that. thank you
