I was in relation with female without any commitments like marriage etc., But once she was pregnant she started blackmailing me for marriage and so when i deneyed for performing marriage she filed a case as per above sections., Can anyone suggest me help
hello sir,
as per the recent ruling from the supreme court, the court has declared that consensual sex does not amount to rape. so if you are in relationship with her, the burden of proving it will be on you.
