Case under IPC section 188 & Disaster Management act, 2005

what is this kind of act? If someone violate, then what happened? Is it a criminal case? Is it affect who gives government job exams? Is it any serious issue? I want full details.

In IPC 188 is criminal offence but there should be no fir registered by police it is imprisonment for only six months and fine which may extend to one thousand or with both it is cognizable offence ite not so serious in nature

these are regular offences for disobedience of orders duly promulgated by public authorities. these are bailable offences. if you are convicted then you may get either imprisonment for a max term of 6 month or fine upto 1000 rupees or both. as far as govt job is concerned every department has separate rules regarding assessment of criminal cases against candidates and usually these offences are not counted among those which can adversely effect the job opportunities.
