Case under 307 pending want to sell his flat which is not related

i have filed fir u/s 307/379... etc. there are case counter case even ... can i sale my flat during this case which has nothing to do with the matter . is the sale legal by law

My Respects and Salutations to you, Even if the flat has nothing to do with your pending subjudice matter, it is adviseable to convey it via gift deed to your next of your near ones to not show raise apprehension that the subject matter; flat is not a proceed of crime and should stand test of the scrutiny of time. Your gifted near one can sell off the same. For further appropriate advice would require further details of the case paperwork. Yours humbly
