Case Settled but given the next hearing date

Respected, nMy query is our case settled in court complainant was came in court and given the statement and ready for compromise. nOur section 411,419,420, 120BnBut court given the next hearing to me date 21.08.2022non Sunday, I can't understand why given to me date for next hearing and on Sunday. nNext lok Adalat date 13.08.22 but Patiyala house court given 21.08.22.My case is not transfer complainant need to come again if the statement already recorded. nQuery - Why give me date 21.08.2022 on Sunday nComplainant also come again ?

Hi, The complainant need to come again to the court and give statement , one of the section is 120B and the same is non compoundable , the same can be compounded by the court u/s 258 CrPc . Thanks and regards Ramit Sehrawat Advocate

Hi, It seems unlikely that you would have been given a date on Sunday. However, a simple solution to this is to have a look at the court records and understand the state of the proceedings.
