if any person force a women for sexual assault it may be punishable in the section 354 IPC as well as section 7 and Section 8 of prevention of child sexual offence (POCSO ACT ) and if the is the person committed physical relation with women then the section 376 of Indian penal code is applicable

in victim statement under section 164 of CRPC as mentioned in the treatment of the victim the accused will be dealt with section 354 of IPC moreover case file has to be looked upon total the exact situation of the case mention fact in the question are incomplete
