Case quashed but still facing media related issues

The ndps case against me has been quashed but there are many newspaper articles available online with my name and designation. Can anything be done to suppress or get these news outlets to remove the search results?

yes you can do sir...the ndps case against u when it has quashed and which needs paper article can take direction from court to delete or remove from social media u have to take action against media ... could be safer side to you

We must file a right to forget and also file a case of injunction seeking to restrain the media outlets from publishing further information despite the fact that the case against you is quashed. You will need twin cases, one to remove your name from records altogether and one to restrain media.

you can file a suit for injunction to remove it from the concerned media platforms and get them removed, you have to mention the facts and how it is affecting you and make a valid ground the court may grant the relief of injunction to remove the said things.
