Namaste sir I am planning to work abroad but from 2013 case is pending can leave India' for employment .

I don't understand your question properly, as your not stated whether charge sheet is filed or not. if CS is filed you need to apply for discharge application before the trial Court as well as if there is good ground you can also file a criminal petition before High Court for quashing entire proceedings against you

1. Apply for quash, if you have sufficient grounds proving your innocence. 2. You may even file discharge petition with magistrate court to discharge you from the allegations. 3. Consult a specialized lawyer on the same.
