Case for false promise of marriage

Can a girl file a case on me for false promise of marriage if she is having relationships with other man also for which I have proof also.
And she is demanding 10 lakhs from me to not do to a FIR.

Additionally, her demand for ₹10 lakhs to not file an FIR amounts to extortion, which is a serious offense. You may consider filing a police complaint against her.
