Case filed against the forgery document submission to government

In police station case filed against me the forgery document submit in the government job. Case filed under IPC 468 and 4671 on 27-11-2017. Still No improvement in the case. No charge sheet is filed in that case. In this case I got that document from the government authority and submit to the Job purpose. I regularization and prohibition period of my job was incomplete due to this case. What steps I need to take to finalize the case an early stage.

if the case against is a false case you can file a Quash petition in the High court or you can file a writ petition for not filing charge sheet in time and also you can claim your benefits in job as well.
