how its possible to petitioner (complaint) against issue non bailable warrant?. the criminal court is issued nbw against petitioner & also petitioner is advocate. give some suggestions

Court have power to generate nbw warrant first issue notice and second bailable warrant and last court have power to generate NBW warrant against the petitioner (complaint) , no issue , warrant can cancel..
