Case doesn't get committed in lower court.

My friend's wife has registered fake FIR against her husband & in-laws and me u/s 498A,313,376(2)N,354,323,506(2),114. Allegation on me is related to 354 (Making video of her). Chargesheet filed but no such video found by police. I applied for quashing u/s 482, got interim relief. In this order HC has clearly asked trial court to continue proceeding against other accused. But, now lower court is waiting for final outcome of 482 and not committing the case to sessions. case stuck in both court
in such case u have take certified copy of rojkam of the said court and produce before high court and pray regarding your upper said issues it will be helpful for you and high court after varification of documents may be give instructions to lower court
