Case delibarately delayed/made to languish in district consumer court

I filed a case in district consumer court (south) in KOlkata in the year 2022.Case no CC?161/2022. However I am not at all happy with the progress of the case and have serious doubt on the integrity of the members of the forum. I strongly fee they are intentionally delaying the case and not allowing it to be concluded for vested interests. Do I have the option to appeal in a higher forum? The case is still languishing in the district forum.
