Case Compounded In LOK ADALAT. is it Problem in joining govt Job?

My neighbour had filed an FIR against me and I was chargesheeted under the section 323, 341, 504, 506. After some months of proceedings in court, we agreed to compromise and our case was compounded in Lok Adalat. I am selected as Junior Engineer by SSC. Will this case be a problem in joining?
well, Mr. you must have to know Discion in lok adalat means neither parties win nor defeat his case .
Hence judgment of lok adalat cannot be challenged.Case has been disposed on the basis of compermise. Thus no matter of convictions arise at all.So this case will not cause problem in joining.

first verify that where case has actually been compounded or not. the terms of compounding and order is very relevant. obtain order of compounding too. technically if the case has been ordered to be closed and you have been acquitted, then there would not be a problem.

You have to disclose in the application form that you had been prosecuted earlier and give the detail that you had been compounded if you hide this fact and join you can be terminated for wilful curtailment of fact
