Car is stolen. One minor accused is arrested with car number plate

My vehicle got stolen on 27th February 2023 in the morning around 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM from my residence. The thieves came from white creta (TO123 HR9056A) and brokenmy car glass and after a few minutes they started the car and took my car awayIn the Morning, we got to know that our vehicle is not parked in front of my house and the broken pieces of glass spread in the parking area. My father immediately calls the police at 6:59 AM nAfter that, the FIR is lodged at Mohan Garden Police Station. On 28 Feb 2023 at 12:46 Pm, an IO for my FIR is assignedOn 9th March, IO informed my father that the thieves have been arrested from the Rohini area with Creta and just only the number plate of my car is found by them.On the next day, IO has taken my signature stating that the number plate recovered from the thieves is of my car. The thief that is arrested is just a person who moves vehicle from one place to another place. and no information is received from him till now. nnpls guide.
If the FIR has been registered then the police is duty bound to recover the vehicle from the thieves. And if it’s not traceable then the insurance company will compensate you for the losses incurred by you. It will all be mentioned in the chargesheet with your statements.
