Cancel FIR of criminal case which lodged last year on 2022

Last year in 2022 on 10/3/2022 my mother filed FIR against my father and me but she now resides in Brampton Ontario Canada with my elder brother. She migrated over there without withdrawing this complaint and now I want to file a visitor visa, but I cannot do that because I will get caught in VFS biometric process as having a criminal background, she is ready to withdraw the FIR but refusing to come to India. So I want legal ways to cancel this FIR without my coming mother to India because she will not come and remove my name from my criminal background. Ref: FIR num: 11196027220125

File consent quashing in the High Court and get a signed affidavit for the same and based on that the FIR can be quashed and set aside. Open to further queries. Regards, M. K. Vohra & Associates Ahmedabad Gujarat

it can be done. contact me .you have a remedy.... you mother will have get an affidavit in the country where she is residing and that shall have to be verified over here and it can allowed. it can be done a week or two
