Can we transfer criminal case from one court to another court i.e., Atrocity case I'm the Acused????

you need to apply to district court if you wish to transfer the case from one court to another if both courts are in same district or to high court if case is to be transferred from one district court to another
but you need to show convincing grounds ( threat to life, history of criminal attacks between parties, public interest ) to get case transferred from one court to another
