Can we open rape case after 10 years?

Hlo Sir, I'm Daksh from Delhi, here, in my area a 3 year old girl child was raped in feb 2019 but still she didn't get justice I want to know that If by chance the opposite party close the case by putting Final Report FR in the court then can we open it further after some time like after few days, months, year? What is the criteria of time limit to open it again ?

hello client as i can see ur query is really a need of justice. as i can see the issue us really very complicated. in this case of police have filled the closure report in tht comdition also we will get punishes the maij culprit of tge case tht we can confirm you daksh.
