Can we get Govt. Job if case is filed against us.judgment is not close

Is their will be any problem to get govt. Job if fir is raised against us and case is produced in magistuc court.judgment is not completed.

pending case against a person who wants enter into Government Services won't be a hurdle but, your employer asks you clean chit. hence you are suggested to go compomise with the complainant and make disprove your accusations.

hi incase you are acquitted in the criminal case, you can get a government job. please note that person's convicted of moral turpitude are denied government jobs . also if accused is convicted of petty offences and let off with fine, you can still be recruited in government jobs
