Can we get Bail or withdraw a the case?

21-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello everyone. Needed a small help. A case has been filed against a person under Section 365/386/120B. Even though 365 and 386 are non-bailable offenses, I wanted to know if it is possible to get bail in any other way. Secondly, if the complainant is willing to withdraw the case, what will be the procedure for that and what steps should I take?nnPlease note that the charge sheet has not been filed yet but the accused has been presented before the magistrate twice.

try your luck before the session judge under 438 crpc if not arrested yet. else 439. if you fail approach the High Court for bail. if settlement has been reached by and between the parties then since the offences are non compoundable you both have to file a joint affidavit before the high court and praying for quashing the proceedings.
