Can we get a CDR of 2019 now ?

I want to get married and want to fix one of my ex colleague in a promise to marry case . We never discussed marriage nor we had any physical relationship but the guy is good and helpful . So I want to force him to marry me . He has shifted abroad 5 years back and last I met him in 2019 only. We had gone to have coffee so I want to make a narrative that he promise marriage and had sex . What to do
I am sorry but what you have written over here is totally unethical. There might be some suggestions for you by some of the learned advocates but according to me this situation is totally unethical and I will not be suggesting you anything in the matter. All the best for your marriage otherwise

It would be illegal to force anyone to do something. If someone has had a physical relationship with you under the promise to marry and then refuses to fulfill the said promise, then you can lodge a police complaint at your nearest police station against that person. However, it is important to note that whatever is mentioned in the complaint must be true, and you must be able to prove it in the court of law.
