Can we file the POCSO case in any of the below mentioned ways

Can a POCSO case be filed through an NGO or by taking their help, nOR nCan we file a POCSO case through an advocate or any legal representative if given the power of attorney? nORnIs it compulsory to file the case directly in person only? If yes, where can I file the case?

A case can be filed by any guardian of the minor or the minor himself or in absence of the guardian any authorised person or aslo police can suo moto register an fir in there is sufficient material facts. personally one can complain before the appropreate police station or before the appropreate court under section 156(3) CrPC.
