Can we complain to police who has filed false case against us

Can we file a police complaint or register a case against a person who has filed false cases against us in Police station when we have sufficient proofs. And also plz clarify whether can we complaint on police officer who has wantedly filed false cases by colluding with other party.
Whether such complaints will be entertained by Police??
We can definetly file a complaint before the Commissioner of Police. The issue can be raised and it will be redreed. A suit for defamation may also be filed. However we need strong evide ces and proofs supporting our stance.
