can session court order of conviction to accused ?

My wife beat me inside the police station in front of IO and after MLC registered in the hospital. In M.L.C. doctor reported defused edema on the left side of the chic and gave 4 injections and the police registered the N.C.R. After that I approached the court in 156(3) in MM court, MM court disposed of with case by mentioning, in this case, police help is not required as all evidence are already with the complainant after that i approached the session to pray for conviction to accused.

you can further approach the high court for registration of FIR against the wife and also the police officer involved. you must immediately file an application in high court for preservation of cctv footage. should you have any queries feel free to contact me

kindly get in touch with your advocate to file for such atrocity and i believe that your learned counsel will assist you in the case positively. Since a complaint has been filed so it is my presumption that you must have availed the services of a learned counsel
