Yes, generally, the police from one state can access the National Database of Crime Records (NCRB) to check for any First Information Report (FIR) or criminal record against an individual, regardless of the state in which the FIR was filed. The NCRB maintains a centralized database of criminal records, including FIRs, which can be accessed by law enforcement agencies across India.

When a person's details, such as name and identification information, are entered into the database, any existing FIRs or criminal records associated with that individual can be retrieved by authorized police officers from any state. Therefore, if you have an FIR filed against you in Hyderabad, it can potentially be accessed by police from other states, including Karnataka, if they have the necessary authorization and access to the NCRB database.

It's important to note that the accessibility of information may depend on the specific protocols and procedures followed by law enforcement agencies. Additionally, the sharing of information between states can vary, and there may be certain limitations or delays in retrieving data. For accurate and detailed information about a specific case, it is advisable to consult with a legal professional who can provide guidance based on the specific circumstances and applicable laws.
