Can pocso case be quashed ? Or is there any way to withdraw the?

Wrong allegations based posco cases is increasingly now a days. My question is if one innocent is trapped in pocso cases! Then what he can do??, how to quash pocso case ?
Or one innocent is deliberately become criminal by such laws: where mans are mentally harrased in wrong allegations?? Or is it true that everyone has to go for settlement if he even don't do any crime because of wrong allegations one person life is ruined completely.?? Pls answer my question ASAP.

hello client as i can se your issue really very much serious no doubt in this . as you are saying can be quashed or not it can be quased but we need to have evidence for proving falsicity of the crime.

The Delhi High Court recently in quashed a FIR filed for rape and offences under the POCSO Act under Section 482 CrPC. So now quashing is possible but it depends on case to case. And if you are innocent then there’s no words of settlement. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, it can be quashed by the High Court. The high court has wide powers to quash a false F.I.R.
