Wrong allegations based posco cases is increasingly now a days. My question is if one innocent is trapped in pocso cases! Then what he can do??, how to quash pocso case ?
Or one innocent is deliberately become criminal by such laws: where mans are mentally harrased in wrong allegations?? Or is it true that everyone has to go for settlement if he even don't do any crime because of wrong allegations one person life is ruined completely.?? Pls answer my question ASAP.
