Yes…she can levy you under 376 easily. If you had a physical relationship with her and she can prove it then you will be in trouble. Just keep the blackmailing chats/calls in safe custody because that may prove to be important for you if she does anything nasty. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
Your facts are in complete ! Did u make physical relations with her in lie of marriage or just for the sake of pleasure n mutual consent …! If she is blackmailing then I would recommend you to hire an advocate to submit your apprehension intimation ! Plz in touch asap
File a complaint of extortion with the local police station.
Tell them it was consensual relationship with no promise of marriage.
You broke the relationship because she was sleeping with other men as well.
Don't bow down to any blackmail.
If she files rape case apply for anticipatory bail from sessions court.

what is her actual grievance? she wants to marry you and you refuse to do that and subsequently she comes to know that you already married and you suppressed that from her during your relationship or only that you suppressed your marital status from her?
she has the discretion to file FIR againest you and in that case you may have to face the consequences but after getting anticipatory bail you may approch high court for quashing of the FIR.

Consult a lawyer for a better advice, The facts shows that she has given consent for the sex so probability of this to be rape is minimum. However, i need to know exact facts to answer your query. Also if she is blackmailing you, you can file a case against her for this.
weather it's rape or not will depend on many more facts ... like did you promise to marry her or she wanted to marry you or not.... on what pretext and how many times you had physical relation etc... you can also lodge a complaint to threaten u... but in case she lodges her complaint first then it will be difficult to you in litigation....u will need to act proactively
