Can I withdraw an abetment to suicide case?

due to harrasment my brother in law was died(sucide) and we kept case on all people (11 members) and the main reason was 2 members and can we remove case on those 9 members ,we had kept single case on 11 members so can we remove case on those 9 members
No. You can not remove from the police complaint. It is very difficult process to remove names of accused. You have to file a petition in the court stating the reasons why you want to remove names. If Court satisfies those accused are innocent, may get acquittal from the case

you can withdraw it with the recommendations of additional public prosecutor you can withdraw the case and then you can proceed against the remaining two but the case is to be withdrawn only by additional public prosecutor

as per your conversation if charge sheet was filed then we cant do anything, before charge sheet you can approach to the IO and ask him to remove the name of remaining nine member this is the way where you can remove the name of remaining of nine members.
