Can I video record while I am in a bank/ police station for evidence?

Hi, I am an NRI and visited India just a month before. Had a bad experience with public service team, be in Bank or in the Police station. Like to check, are we allowed to record video while Iam in Public Bank/Police?. At times they use abusive words or reluctant to reply to my queries, hence need to showcase them in public and to approach a lawyer with that as a proof.

You can file a private complaint against those who used abuse words in proper criminal court u/s 200 of CRPC. They will file a case against them. Every hearing you should be present or till you will be allowed 205 crpc petition.
