Can i take action after agreeing for compromise

After being assaulted on the eye it's one and a half month now but my eye is still healing.. Police has asked 107 bond from the person. Can I take any other action now because I already closed the matter by agreeing to take 107 from her
if you have already compromised the matter mutually, then there is no point to prolong the matter. the matter you settled was by your own consent. there should be a solid reason why you need to take further action if the matter has been settled
