Can I request for ex parte order if matter is getting delayed

Sir, I have been forcibly vacated by my landlord after I filed private case under 145 sec,instead of attending the court ,my landlord has forcefully taken possession of my shop ,looted all my belongings with the help of police,case is in the latter stage of recording my statement's,i have submitted all the evidence can I now at this stage request for an exparte order because the matter is getting delayed due to frequent transfer of judges or some other reasons.incident happened on 11/3/2014 (case filed on 13/2/2014).

Yes, you can but depend upon the relief which type of relief you are claiming at the same time you can approach high court and file writ petition and get it expedited. It is another way to get relief.
