Can i Re open my closed case which was solved outside of court

Hai Sir, n A Person Threatend me and Attempt me for murder and i filed a case on him and he went to jail and he came out on bail and started harrasing me that i wont repeat it and due to some heavy pressures and foreces i had with drawn case .... after a couple of Months he again started harrasing me and Contacting my relatives and harrasing ...can i reopen my case

in your case hiwada got the bail on the grounds of not threatening you but in this case after he receiving the bail he started threatening you which is again is the which he got the mail so we can opt for the relation of bail and get me behind the bars again
