Can I prosecute a female for cheating and using me sexually ?

Can a male file a case against a female who sexualy used the male, under pressure long time ago. But now he comes to know that he had a child through that undertaking, and as the female is one from family and a characterless lady spoiling the life of the offspring,can he legaly challenge the women in court .is there any law for this in Indian law.
Certainly the offencive sexual act of even a woman clould be sujected of prosecution if the same is committed with the predetermine intentions of causing inury to a man ....Under the various sections of Indian Penal code substantially under section 420 IPC .
