Can I leave India for one week I am out on bail in criminal case

It has been 16 months since I was arrested and I am out on bail. Its a false rape case which I am happy to fight out in a court. But the IO is not filing charge sheet. I have my passport. How can I leave for one week trip. I have no intention of not coming back
Dear client if yr passport has not sized by the court and there is no court order restraining u ftom going outside without permission of court then u can go outside. If police has not filed chargesheet yet then can apply for quashing of f i r in high court. For any legal help call me

Kindly note the bail conditions. If u are released on conditional bail then you will have to follow it. Whether police is filing chargesheet or not is immaterial for ur query coz you may file file an application for condition relaxation and also may apply for permission to travel outside which is matter of routine practice nothing so scary.
