Can i go for FIR Quashing Process?

Hi, A case with IPC 376 is going on against me in Sessions Court of Tiz Hazari and now with lack of evidences submitted by the victim, my lawyer is suggesting me to directly go for FIR Quashing in High Court of Delhi. Is it possible to go for direct FIR Quashing with case pending on trials? How much time it will take for quashing process? Kindly Reply. Thanks

I have perused your query and of the considered opinion that you can move the quashing petition before the Honourble High Court under section 482 Crpc but you should have solid grounds for the same. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

one can not suggest you without looking into the file as there are many instances in which the quashing is possible but I am not sure that what instances has happened. so I need to o have a look on to ur file first then can only suggest the same.u can contact me thru app
