pwdva sec 18.court passed the order of protaction.but after how to. protect.&it is chargeable?for widow.

You can get the protection but fromthe lower court itself, where you have filed or want to file the misc application. After filing the said application an protection officer will be assigned by the hon’ble to your particular case or you can directly approach the officer for the same and lodge a complaint.
