Can I get job while a criminal case is pending against me?

The opponent person put cases IPC 54,290,427,448 on my family members (5)including me & my bro in 2015 in court. I'm A3. It is still in summons stage. Now I got ts govt job. I have to join in Next month. Will the government accept my joining? If it will not accept, how can I solve this problem now? I have less time. Pls help..
As the case is in summons stage all those sections are related to compoundable offences may b related to any property matter(civil litigation) it would b better if u could compramise with the other party n get the case closed so that u can join the Job.In case of non compramise all the accused persons shall receive the summons and appear before the court for speedy disposal

until and unless you are trialed and convicted you cant be debared as per the provisions but if it is any clause specifically that person having pending cases against is debared. then only you are forfeited to apply please see the clauses of the application specifically
